5 Star Hitting Clinic
(Ages 7-14) During this 5 week program players will prepare for the upcoming season by performing innovative hitting drills which are specifically designed to promote power, bat speed, balance, hand-eye coordination, and proper mechanics of the swing. Players will also receive instruction on the mental approach to hitting. 5 Star Pitching Clinic
(Ages 8-14) By attending the pitching clinic, players will have the opportunity to perform drills that promote proper pitching mechanics, an increase in accuracy and velocity, and reduction of injury. Pitchers will also have the opportunity to evaluate their own arm strength through the use of a radar gun. The pitching clinic is an excellent way for a player to get their arm in shape for the upcoming season. Clinic will include numerous drills that enhance defensive skills and base running ability.
